Dalbir Singh, the founder of Dalbir Singh & Associates P.C., brings with him 15+ years of complex immigration experience. His client base is regional and national in a variety of areas, including but not limited to deportation defense, representation on appeals and motions with the immigration courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals, family-based immigration, asylum, naturalization, and consular processing.
 He graduated from New York University and has helped many clients achieve their American Dream. He has a firm belief that his client's objectives are his mission, and he upholds a high standard in the field of immigration law through his unwavering dedication and focus.
 Dalbir Singh is a member of AILA and ABA and, he is admitted to practice law in New York and several US courts of appeals. He is multilingual in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Haryanvi and provides personal and individualized attention to every client.
